【岗位职责】
1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。
2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。
3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。
4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。
5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。
6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。
7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。
【岗位要求】
1、身高男170CM以上，女160CM以上，高中以上学历，或退伍军人。
2、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。
3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
年龄要求：18-40岁
