【岗位职责】
1、协助西餐厅经理日常运营管理工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作，确保服务流程顺畅高效。
2、督导西餐厅服务团队执行标准化服务流程，检查服务质量，及时处理宾客反馈与投诉，提升宾客满意度。
3、与其他部门（如厨房、前厅、销售）的沟通协作，确保活动执行与客户需求无缝对接。
4、负责西餐厅物资管理，包括餐具、布草及设备维护，定期盘点并控制损耗，确保运营成本合理。
5、协助制定西餐厅服务标准与培训计划，定期组织员工技能培训，提升团队专业水平与服务意识。
6、监督西餐厅卫生与安全规范执行，确保符合酒店卫生标准及消防安全要求。
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店、餐饮行业服务经验，有西餐服务或团队管理经验者优先。
2、熟悉西餐服务流程及标准，掌握西餐摆台、酒水服务等专业技能。
3、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能高效处理突发情况与客户诉求。
4、工作细致负责，具备团队领导力，能调动员工积极性并维护良好工作氛围。
5、能适应弹性工作时间，包括周末、节假日及晚班安排。
