【岗位职责】
1、执行主管的工作指示，协助主管的日常工作。
2、为宾客熟练办理入住和退房手续，并能处理简单的客诉。
3、掌握酒店各项优惠政策和房价政策，了解客房状况和出租率。
4、检查预订资料及ＶＩＰ通知单，合理安排宾客的入住。
5、确保入住登记单详细、准确、清晰，符合有关部门的规定。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2、熟悉前台的各项业务。
3、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
国际联号工作经历：优先年龄要求：18-30岁
