【岗位职责】
- 负责大堂吧区域迎宾、引座、点单、送餐、结账全程服务，保持微笑礼貌待客。
- 按标准提供咖啡、茶水、酒水、简餐、小吃等出品与服务。
- 主动巡台，及时添水、撤盘、更换烟灰缸、整理桌面。
- 做好区域卫生清洁、桌椅摆放、杯具消毒、物料准备。
- 维护大堂吧环境整洁、物品摆放规范，保持良好营业形象。
- 熟悉产品价格、特色及活动，做好推荐与推销。
- 准确收银、对账，确保账目清晰无误。
- 妥善处理客人简单咨询与建议，遇问题及时上报领班 / 主管。
【岗位要求】
- 愿意接受倒班轮岗工作。
- 沟通礼貌，具备服务意识与亲和力。
- 熟悉各类饮品（咖啡、茶、酒）知识与制作者优先。
- 有酒店或餐饮经验者优先。
- 责任心强、灵活应变。
