【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店内外区域的日常安全巡逻，及时发现并处理安全隐患，确保酒店财产和客人安全；
2、监控酒店各区域的安防设备（如摄像头、门禁系统等），发现异常情况及时上报并采取应急措施；
3、协助处理突发事件（如火灾、盗窃、纠纷等），按照应急预案执行相关操作，维护现场秩序；
4、对进出酒店的人员、车辆进行登记和检查，防止无关人员进入敏感区域；
5、配合酒店其他部门完成临时性安保任务，如大型活动保障、VIP接待等；
6、完成上级交办的其他安保相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，具备较强的责任心和警觉性；
2、能够适应倒班工作制（含夜班），服从工作安排；
3、具备基本的消防安全知识及应急处理能力，需持有消防证；
4、良好的沟通能力，能妥善处理与客人或同事的简单纠纷；
5、退伍军人或有酒店、物业安保经验者优先考虑；
