工作职责：
1、在领班的带领下，按照操作规程，对餐饮部所有餐具用具以及指定的工作区域进行洗涤和清洁工作。
2、按时上班，按规定着装上岗。
3、接受领班分派的工作，做好洗涤前的各项准备工作。
4、负责收拾台面的脏餐具、用具、扫地、拖地等清洁工作。
5、负责擦洗墙面卫生，清理垃圾桶、清洗厨具清扫墙面、地面。
6、擦洗工作台、工作柜，将餐具、灶具摆放在规定位置。
7、打扫厨房内、公区卫生。

任职资格：
1、熟悉酒店清洁工作要领和相关清洁知识。
2、通过入职培训后，熟悉清洁工作操作规程。
