1.     Check  all apartment areas to see if any damages to any facilities or  equipment.  Report to the supervisor  and Engineering Dept. upon any founding.
  
巡视公寓各区域有无损坏的设施设备，如有损坏的设施设备及时上报主管，并向工程部报修。
  
2.     Regular  check for all apartment areas and departmental areas and report finding in time对公寓所有区域及公寓各部门部位进行常规检查，发现问题及时汇报。
  
Check for any broken glass, flammable, explosive materials and holes to  eliminate potential dangerous and so on. To stop children playing in the  elevator to ensure safety.
  
发现有无碎玻璃、易燃物、易爆物及坑洼等潜在危险。制止儿童在电梯玩耍，以确保安全。
  
3.     To ensure that the office areas of the apartment are quiet and the fire  passages are clear. 
  
确保公寓办公区域的安静和各消防通道的畅通。
  
4.     To observe if there is any suspicious people, suspicious things or  suspicious object.
  
注意观察有无可疑人、可疑事、可疑物。
  
5.     To conduct safety check  of apartment construction-site and maintenance spot to avoid the hidden  dangers.  Upon any findings,  supervision on alteration is needed and to be recorded.
  
对公寓各区域施工维修现场的进行安全检查，避免不安全隐患存在，发现后督促改正并记录上。
  
6.      Report to the supervisor in a timely manner when  encountering various emergencies or suspicious circumstances.
  
遇到各种突发事件或可疑情况及时上报主管。
  
7.  To finish any temporary  job entrusted by the superior.
