岗位职责:
Key Accountabilities:
1、负责参加并组织餐饮管理部相关会议,传达并落实相关制度以及会议精神;
Responsible for attending and organizing relevant meetings of the food and beverage Management Department, communicating and implementing relevant rules and meeting spirit;
2、负责完成行政总厨安排的任务,当行政总厨缺席时,接替其完成工作任务;
Responsible for completing the tasks assigned by the executive Chef and taking over the tasks when the executive Chef is absent;
3、负责根据市场情况和季节时令,制定标准菜谱以及应急菜谱;
Responsible for formulating standard recipes and emergency recipes according to market conditions and seasons;
4、负责制定每日食品制作计划,按要求管控食品成本,使所有食品符合标准菜谱的规定;
Responsible for formulating daily food preparation plan, controlling food cost according to requirements, and making all food conform to standard recipes;
5、负责配合餐饮销售相关安排,推出新菜品,不断提高食品出品质量;
Responsible for catering sales related arrangements, launch new dishes, and constantly improve food quality;
6、负责践行质量管理制度,管控厨房出品食物的制作流程,保证食品质量;
Responsible for implementing the quality management system, controlling the production process of food produced by the kitchen, and ensuring the quality of food;
7、负责食品安全、设备设施安全等相关管理工作,包括但不限于清洁材料的采买;
Responsible for food safety, equipment safety and other related management work, including but not limited to the purchase of cleaning materials;
8、负责厨房所有的教育和培训,按要求开展相应培训工作;
Responsible for all kitchen education and training, as required to carry out the corresponding training work;
9、负责完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求:
General requirements:
1、专科及以上学历,持有高级厨师证书;
College degree or above, holding a senior chef certificate;
2、10年以上厨房管理工作经验;
More than 10 years working experience in kitchen management;
3、具备五星级奢华酒店或米其林餐厅管理经验优先;
5 star luxury hotel or Michelin restaurant management experience is preferred;
4、具有广泛的产品知识,包括各种原料/设备/供应商/市场和流行趋势,以便对厨房的操作做出相应的调整;
Extensive product knowledge, including various ingredients/equipment/suppliers/markets and fashion trends, in order to adjust kitchen operations accordingly;
5、具有良好的中英文沟通能力以及较强的工作责任心;
Good English and Chinese communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
6、具备良好的政治素质,身体健康,热爱餐饮工作。

北京北辰会展投资有限公司是北京北辰实业集团有限责任公司的全资子公司,2018年11月6日正式成立,主要负责国家会议中心二期项目的开发建设以及运营筹备工作。国家会议中心二期项目(在建项目)位于北京奥林匹克中心区,由主体建筑和配套建筑两部分组成,主体部分为会展中心,总建筑面积约42万平方米,未来主要用于举办国务、政务及高端商务会展活动;配套部分位于主体西侧,由两个地块组成,总建筑面积约36万平方米。 南侧地块为5A级写字楼和精品商业综合体,北侧地块由两座酒店组成,一座奢华酒店,一座五星级酒店。国家会议中心二期项目总建筑面积约78万平方米,于2018年12月开工,计划于2024年底竣工,2025年正式投入使用,项目建成后将与国家会议中心一期共同组成总规模超130万平方米的世界级会展综合体。
