岗位职责:
Key Accountabilities:
1、与销售部做好项目交接,提前了解会议的基本情况和相关信息;
Make project handover with sales department, understand the basic situation and relevant information of the meeting in advance;
2、积极、主动地维护好客户,提升客户忠诚度;
Actively and proactively maintain customers and enhance customer loyalty;
3、负责所负责的客户信息的整理、收集并及时更新客户数据库;
Responsible for the responsible customer information collation, collection and timely update customer database;
4、在会议/宴会开会前一周仔细核对会议活动信息,并对内部相关部门下达EO定单,确保无误;
Carefully check the event information one week before the meeting/banquet, and issue EO order to the relevant internal departments to ensure that it is correct;
5、跟进贵宾、会议、宴会、活动等,开会期间接待的工作;
Follow up the reception of VIP guests, meetings, banquets, events, etc., during meetings;
6、积极参加例会并做好充足的准备;
Actively attend regular meetings and make adequate preparations;
7、对运营协调经理助理提供建议和指导,监督其完成的质量和效率;
Provide advice and guidance to the assistant Operations Coordination Manager and supervise the quality and efficiency of its completion;
8、协调与各部门的关系,为客户提供高品质服务,树立公司良好的企业形象;
Coordinate the relationship with various departments, provide high quality service for customers, and establish a good corporate image of the company;
9、为市场公关、企业宣传等提供必要的支持,如重要活动的图片、短讯的撰写等;
Provide necessary support for market public relations and corporate publicity, such as writing pictures and short messages for important events;
10、根据客户的反馈和部门内部的评价,及时与相关人员沟通,提出改进意见;
Based on customer feedback and internal evaluation, timely communicate with related personnel and put forward improvement suggestions;
11、对辖区内除场租外的服务项目进行二次销售,为企业争取尽可能多的增值收入;
Carry out secondary sales of the service items in the area except rent, and strive for as much value-added income as possible for the enterprise;
12、每周提交书面的工作总结报告并对下周的安排做出安排;
Submit a written work summary report every week and make arrangements for the next week;
13、每月整理会议项目运营总结报告;
Organize the monthly meeting project operation summary report;
14、年底需要提交年度总结PPT;
Annual summary;
15、做好会议、展览活动文件的归档工作;
Archiving documents for meetings and exhibitions;
16、完成部长/副部长、高级运营协调经理安排的其它工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
任职要求:
General requirements:
1、大学本科及以上学历;
Bachelor degree or above;
2、有从事相关酒店、会展职位工作2年以上的经历;
More than 2 years of experience in related hotel and exhibition positions;
3、有从事相关职位或酒店销售、会议宴会销售统筹工作两年以上的经历;
More than two years of experience in related positions or hotel sales, conference and banquet sales coordination;
4、具备较强的英语口语交流的水平;
Have a strong oral English communication level;
5、有较强的沟通、协调能力;
Strong communication and coordination skills;
6、有较强的语言和书面表达能力;
Strong language and written expression skills;
7、身体健康,相貌端正;

8、有良好的心理素质,具有承受紧张工作压力的能力;

北京北辰会展投资有限公司是北京北辰实业集团有限责任公司的全资子公司,2018年11月6日正式成立,主要负责国家会议中心二期项目的开发建设以及运营筹备工作。国家会议中心二期项目(在建项目)位于北京奥林匹克中心区,由主体建筑和配套建筑两部分组成,主体部分为会展中心,总建筑面积约42万平方米,未来主要用于举办国务、政务及高端商务会展活动;配套部分位于主体西侧,由两个地块组成,总建筑面积约36万平方米。 南侧地块为5A级写字楼和精品商业综合体,北侧地块由两座酒店组成,一座奢华酒店,一座五星级酒店。国家会议中心二期项目总建筑面积约78万平方米,于2018年12月开工,计划于2024年底竣工,2025年正式投入使用,项目建成后将与国家会议中心一期共同组成总规模超130万平方米的世界级会展综合体。
