职位描述

岗位职责:

Key Accountabilities:

1、负责主场报馆,对接主场搭建需求;

Responsible for the home stadium newspaper and coordinating the construction needs of the home stadium;

2、负责接收客人报备资料及图纸并反馈意见;

Responsible for receiving customer report materials and drawings and providing feedback;

3、会展活动前审阅各特装展台图纸,了解各展台结构设计是否合理,搭建材料是否符合规定要求;物业管理中心协助审核图纸;

Review the drawings of each special booth before the exhibition, understand whether the structural design of each booth is reasonable, and whether the construction materials meet the regulatory requirements; The property management center assists in reviewing drawings;

4、收集施工证、货车证信息,物业管理中心负责制证;

Collect information on construction permits and truck certificates, and the property management center is responsible for preparing the certificates;

5、负责接收主场搭建公司需求的申报与供应;

Responsible for receiving the application and supply of requirements for the construction of the main venue company;

6、负责按照施工内容收取相应的施工押金;

Responsible for collecting corresponding construction deposits according to the construction content;

7、负责汇总各搭建信息并传至物业管理中心;

Responsible for summarizing various construction information and transmitting it to the property management center;

8、物业管理中心牵头检查各展台结构、材料与申报图纸是否一致,发现问题及时填写整改通知单;并对整改结果进行验收;

The Property Management Center takes the lead in inspecting whether the structure, materials, and application drawings of each booth are consistent, and promptly fills out a rectification notice if any problems are found; And conduct acceptance of the rectification results;

9、物业管理中心牵头检查水、电、气申报需求是否布置到位,并与申报是否一致;

The property management center takes the lead in checking whether the water, electricity, and gas declaration requirements are properly arranged and consistent with the declaration;

10、物业管理中心核对特装、标准展台的实际搭建面积;

The property management center verifies the actual construction area of special and standard exhibition booths;

11、物业管理中心牵头检查吊点是否按场馆规定吊挂,现场跟进;

The property management center takes the lead in inspecting whether the suspension points are hung according to venue regulations, and follows up on site;

12、根据活动搭建实际发生的服务项目及时录入到系统中,认真核查;

Timely input the actual service projects that occur during the activity into the system and carefully verify them;

13、及时处理会展活动现场发生的突发事件,第一时间上报;

Timely handle unexpected events that occur at the exhibition venue and report them as soon as possible;

14、负责统计每场活动的施工需求及收入;

Responsible for calculating the construction demand and revenue for each activity;

15、做好主场反馈意见收集、整理;

Collect and organize feedback on the home court;

16、负责办理施工押金退还手续;

Responsible for handling the procedures for refunding construction deposits;

17、每周提交书面的项目总结报告并对下周的安排做出安排;

Submit a written project summary report every week and make arrangements for next week's schedule;

18、每月整理个人业绩、施工报馆管理总结报告;

Monthly summary reports on personal performance and construction newspaper management;

19、年底提交年度总结PPT;

Submit annual summary PPT at the end of the year;

20、做好会展活动施工报馆文件的归档工作;

Properly archive the construction application documents for exhibition activities;

21、完成部长/副部长安排的其它工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by the Minister/Deputy Minister.


任职要求:

General requirements:

1.大专以上学历;

College degree or above;

2.身体健康,相貌端正;

Have good physical health and a good appearance;

3.有较强沟通能力;

Strong communication skills;

4.有良好的心理素质,具有承受紧张工作压力的能力;

Have good psychological qualities and the ability to withstand intense work pressure;

5.有相关会展行业搭建经验三年以上的经历;

Have more than three years of experience in building relevant exhibition industries;

6.具有审图能力;

Possess the ability to review drawings;

7.熟悉CAD软件使用;

Familiar with the use of CAD software;

8.熟悉场馆管理软件的使用;

Familiar with the use of venue management software;

9.了解国家关于展览等会展活动关于展台施工安全、消防安全的相关管理规定;

Understand the relevant management regulations of the country on booth construction safety and fire safety for exhibitions and other exhibition activities;

10.严格执行公司的各项规章制度,做到廉洁奉公,不谋私利。

Strictly implement the company's various rules and regulations, maintain integrity in public service, and do not seek personal gain.
