岗位职责：

1.根据工程部的管理要求，安排班组工作事项，编排人员班次，监督当职员工，做好日常维修工作、定期的设备维护保养及机房的巡查工作，掌握设备设施的运行状况。

2.合理安排日常维修工作，对重点部位和重要事项优先安排，确保各种设备运行可靠，为宾客提供良好的服务。

3.制定弱电设备应急预案，遇有重要接待活动时须提前对现场设备及走线进行检查，有相应备品、备件，确保酒店接待活动正常。

4.妥善管理本班组各类工具、备品、备件等，管控各种物料的使用与消耗，做到帐物相符，并根据需要合理提出工具、备品、备件的申购品种和数量。

5.注重机房环境卫生质量，确保设备处于最佳使用环境。

任职要求：

1.具有五年以上弱电设备安装、维护工作经验。

2.有一定的班组管理组织技能，合理分派工作事项，热爱酒店工程部工作，清楚本岗位职责，充分发挥班组员工中的核心作用，严谨细致，以身作则。
