岗位职责：

1、指挥分部门主管的工作，确保合理选用、培训、劝戒和奖励员工以便总机部门良性发展。

2、适当处理进出酒店的电话、传真以及设备和电话线租用及其它服务。

3、进行交接班说明工作，确定了解酒店活动和运营要求。

4、与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系。

5、在部门内部定期开展培训工作，包含酒店相关产品知识，对客服务话术标准等，确保在话务服务中使客人始终得到优质的服务。

6、对所有设备、软件、硬件进行管理和监测，并确保其安装和运转良好。

7、根据客房房态合理调控客房。

8、针对宾客满意度中相关话务服务的反馈成绩指标加以维护管理，定期开展相关成绩回顾并设定相关行动计划，确保相关宾客满意度指标顺利完成。

9、制订部门整体工作计划以实现目标，定期将实际成绩与所定目标进行对比，并采取必要的纠正措施。

10、与上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。

11、督导工作日程表的准备工作以确保各部门合理地配备人员。

12、制定有效的工作程序以确保符合、维持既定标准，同时应对现存的制度提出改进意见。

13、完成分配的其它任务。
