岗位职责：
- 负责检查客房卫生清扫质量，确保房间清洁、设施状态、物品配备等符合酒店入住标准；
- 及时响应客人的需求，提供主动服务（如物品补充、问题解决等），并跟进反馈结果；
- 定期巡查所属楼层公共区域，监督地毯清洁维护，发现污渍或损坏立即协调处理；
- 记录每日客房检查结果及客人需求，汇总问题并上报至楼层主管；
- 协助处理突发情况（如设备故障、客人投诉等），确保楼层运营有序。
任职要求：
- 中专/高中及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业优先；
- 具有酒店客房服务或楼层管理经验，熟悉客房清洁标准及流程者优先；
- 服务意识强，具备良好的沟通协调能力和应变能力；
- 能适应长时间走动及体力工作，工作细致、责任心强；
- 熟练使用基础办公设备（如对讲机、平板电脑等），普通话标准；
- 持有酒店服务相关证书（如客房服务资格证）者优先。
