- 负责西餐冷房菜品的全程制作，确保出品符合餐厅标准及食品安全规范；
- 根据菜单要求准备食材，熟练完成食材的清洗、切割、腌制、调味；
- 每日检查冷房食材的新鲜度及库存，合理控制食材损耗，协助主厨制定采购计划；
- 严格执行厨房卫生管理制度，确保冷房工作区域、设备及用具的清洁消毒，符合HACCP标准；
- 协助主厨进行成本核算，优化冷菜制作流程，提升出餐效率与质量；
- 培训并指导初级厨师，确保团队掌握冷菜制作技巧及标准化操作流程。
任职要求：
- 中专及以上学历，西餐烹饪、食品工艺等相关专业，持有厨师资格证（西式烹调师优先）；
- 2年以上西餐厅或五星级酒店冷房工作经验，熟悉西餐冷菜制作工艺及摆盘艺术；
- 工作细致高效，责任心强，能适应厨房高强度工作环境及低温操作环境；
- 无食品行业从业禁忌疾病，持有效健康证。
