Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests

• Schedule activities for guests
热情欢迎宾客，开启令人难忘的宾客体验活动。

• Plan and co-ordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
良好的计划、协调能力,协助开展针对目标客户的促销活动。

• Trace relevant statistics about clientele
追踪顾客相关数据，维护客人信息。

• Greet Guests upon arrival
为顾客提供热情周到的到店欢迎服务体验。

• Cover guest relations desk
建立并维护酒店与宾客间的情感联系。

• Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
协助各部门理解客人的需求，协助宾客解决疑难事宜。

• Assist staff with English language and culture
协助员工学习英语及相关文化。

• Assist in any other duties when required by the Guest Relations Manager
协助宾客关系经理安排的其他工作。

• Assist with translations (information; guest directory; menus etc.) as required
根据需求协助翻译，包括信息、客人目录、菜单等。

• Provide feedback from Guests to Guest Relations Manager for action
向宾客关系经理反馈客人意见，以便采取合适的行动。

• Building guest loyalty by our tireless pursuit for the new compelling us to push boundaries and go further.
通过创新和发展进一步建立顾客的忠诚度。。

• Resolving customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
解决顾客的投诉以确保高水平的顾客满意度以及服务质量。


Job qualification:
任职资格：

• 3-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
三年制酒店和旅游专业文凭教育或其它相关专业领域同等学历。

• English fluency (communication skills) with good command in 1 local language
英语流利(沟通技能)，并掌握1种当地语言。

• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
致力于为顾客提供高水平的服务。

• Excellent grooming standards
优秀的仪容标准。

• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
擅长于处理宾客关系，能快速有效的应对各种问题。

• Ability to work on your own or in teams
