6. 与团队一起定期沟通客户产量表现。
To conduct regular account reviews with the sales team.
7. 与总经理、集团办公室、市场销售总监一起推出可行的度假村交叉销售方案。
Together with the GM, Corporate Office, DOSM, to drive the cross-selling initiatives of the resort.
8. 基于可衡量目标,协助市场销售总监审查批准销售活动计划。
To assist DOSM to review and approve the sales activity plan with measurable targets.
9. 协助市场销售部总监开发,执行,保持恰当的市场计划,营销手册,宴会及会议管理程序手册以及分销和预定手册。
To assist DOSM to develop, implement, and keep appropriate Marketing Plan within designated segments.
10. 持续关注竞争对手目前和未来的产品,定价(线上及线下)以及营销项目,以确保我们处于市场有利竞争地位。
To maintain awareness of current and future competitors’ product, pricing (on-line, off-line) and marketing programs so as to be in a position to proactively respond to market conditions.
11. 保持当前的需求市场,竞争力和有效的执行力和支持集团客户忠诚度计划,例如预购。
To stay current with the needs of the market, competitive initiative and effectively implements and support group wide guest loyalty programs, and marketing initiatives e.g. Advance Purchase.
