Major Responsibility 主要工作职责
 Do good preparation work before, during and after duty, carefully check if all the tableware are neat
and complete.
做好上班前、 中、 后的餐厅准备工作，积极检查备用餐具是否齐全，餐台上器皿及需用品是否整洁和
齐备。
 Timely to understand the guests’ psychological needs and to provide quality service; Be civilized
and polite, answer each inquiry from the guests and be concise.
及时了解客人的心态和需求，为顾客提供优质服务； 做到文明有礼、掌握原则、有问必答、言简意
赅。
 Provide service to guests proactively, enthusiastically, politely and patiently, make the guests feel at
home.
主动、热情、礼貌、耐心、周到的为客人服务，使客人有宾至如归的感觉。
 Make sure the dining guests are all well recorded and verified.
做好进餐客人的统计和核对工作。
 Timely report to the buffet chef about the supplementary food and covey the inquires and comments
raised by the guests in a timely manner.
及时报告厨师自助餐需补充的食品，并及时转告客人提出的问题或意见。
 Handle problems independently, identify problems and report to supervisors whenever before or
after duty.
有独立处理事物的能力，发现问题及时上报，善于班前或班后提出存在的问题。
 Do the restaurant cleaning and be cautious to save energy.
做好餐厅的各项清洁工作，节约能源。
 Closely work with the supervisors and complete the tasks assigned by them, be nice and friendly to
help colleagues.
配合领班工作，服从领班或以上领导的安排，团结及善于帮助同事工作。
 In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and
policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
 Any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
完成领导交办的其他工作。

Requirements 资质要求
 Have working experience in hospitality industry is preferred;
有酒店从业工作经验者优先；
 Have good sense of service and good work record in service sector;
具备良好的服务意识，在服务性行业有良好的工作记录；
 Have strong working responsibility and can handle problems independently;
有较强的工作责任心，有独立处理事物的能力；
 Be proactive and have good manner, have passionate to work in hospitality industry;
态度积极， 彬彬有礼， 热爱酒店工作；
 Have upright character and hard working spirit;
品格端正， 吃苦耐劳的精神；
 Have good communication skill with good language abilities;
善于交流，语言能力良好；
 Be able to work in shift is preferred.
能够适应倒班工作者优先考虑。
