1、确保贯彻执行基本品牌标准。
Ensures that minimumbrand standards have been implemented.
2、协助餐厅经理确保根据经营理念对部门进行高效地管理，根据标准提供有礼的、专业的、高效并且富有弹性的服务。
Assiststhe Outlet Manager to ensure that the outlet is managed efficiently accordingto the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional,efficient and flexible service at all times.
3、在部门内凡事亲历亲为，特别是在工作繁忙期间。
Is ahands-on manager and is present at all times in the Outlet, especially duringbusy periods.
4、确保所有的设备和用品处于严格的安全库存量，并且确保部门有足够的设备和用品的配备。
Establishesand strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies,inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
5、协助负责每月对部门的设备和用品进行检查和盘点。
Assistsin conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
6、在餐厅经理缺勤时，从准备工作、服务和菜单方面主持 每日班前例会。
In theabsence of Outlet Manager, conducts daily pre-shift briefings to associates onpreparation, service and menu.
7、为确保日常运作和质量，与厨房以及其它相关部门进行联络。
Liaiseswith the Culinary Department on daily operations and quality control.
8、具备充足的菜单和设备知识。能够向客人推荐和促销餐饮产品。
Has athorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menuand the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsellalternatives.
9、确保餐厅前场和后场都干净，整洁有序。
Ensuresthat the outlet is kept clean and organised, both at the front as well as theback of house.
10、联络客房部严格按照清洁时间表进行清洁。
Liaisesand organises with Housekeeping Department that the established cleaningschedules are strictly adhered to.
11、定期巡视检查部门，以确保卫生情况随时符合标准。
Conductsregular inspections of the Outlet ensuring standards of cleanliness ismaintained at all times.
12、确保设备定期维护并且认真记录。
Coordinatesand maintains machine maintenance reports and records.
13、为客人提供关于食品、酒水和服务方面的要求和咨询。
Handlesall guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service.
14、确保所有员工对客人友好亲善。
Ensuresthat all associates establish a rapport with guests.
