Thorough understanding of the Birchstreet system(Materials Management System).
支持物料部内部采购日常食品的行政操作。
Supports the day-to-day administrative operationof food purchasing within the Materials Department.
保存提取、申购、采购的文件及记录。
Maintains requisitions, purchase requests,purchase order files and records.
就异常的或过高的库存及非库存物品的消耗给物料部副理建议。
Advises Assistant Materials Manager of unusual orexcessively high consumption of inventory and non-inventory items.
加强所有操作及控制程序，确保货品在酒店内正确按照物料部经理或物料部副理的指示流动。
Enforces all operating and control procedures toensure that movement of goods into and within the hotel is properly accountedfor as instructed by the Assistant Materials Manager/Materials Manager.
理解并严格遵守酒店员工手册中的酒店规章制度，以及酒店政策中与防火、卫生、健康和安全相关的部分。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules andRegulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel's policiesconcerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
