Coordinates timely repair and return to service any
faulty systems or items of equipment.
建立和补充信息管理手册以保证对任一信息系统的数据进行备份。
Establishes and implements procedures to ensure
backup of data in any I.S. system.
在无论是软件还是硬件产生故障时，都要重新建立数据系统。
Rebuilds data corrupted by either hardware or
software faults.
应当在最短的时间内处理完成应用软件的错误提示或新增需求。
Coordinates the timely handling of any software
fault reports or enhancement requests.
建立出现紧急情况的补救程序，以防任何系统出现故障时还能继续工作。
Sets up emergency procedures to continue the
operation of the hotel in the event of system failure.
提供信息系统手册，并且把酒店的这些有相关信息的手册分门别类的放好。

incorporates those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the hotel.
