您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。确保工程部高效、经济地运营，为整个酒店的运营提供服务，包括维护设备、建筑和地面，以使其达到最佳状态。
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. and ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.

最好拥有电气/机械工程和/或建筑管理的本科或专科学历；至少两年工程部经理的工作经验；必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Engineering Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are must.
