Ensures that Rooms Division activities are correctly aligned with respective Corporate Strategy, and that Hotel Actions have been embraced, implemented and maintained as appropriate.

Ensures that all associates areequipped, trained and motivated todeliver the brand promise and to provideexceptional and consistent levels of guest service at all times.
3.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guest and internalcustomer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4. 确保所有营收部门（例如：宾客服务中心，健身中心，洗衣房）都在遵循品牌承诺的条件下通过促销，价格调整和适当的收益管理，以利润为目标而运作。
