1. 根据相关法律法规制定并完善酒店消防管理制度，并严格落实。

2. 建立酒店的消防组织，抓好人员的业务培训，并直接参与工作的领导，开展正常的业务活动，协助酒店开展消防演习，对演习结果进行评估并制定、落实整改措施。

3. 落实上级主管部门的工作布置和检查，及时沟通信息，配合查处各类案件。

4. 根据“安全第一，预防为主”的原则，积极开展以“四防”（防火、防盗、防破坏、防自然灾害事故）为中心的安全法纪宣传教育。

5. 每天巡查酒店；定期组织进行全酒店治安、防火大检查，发现并消除安全隐患。

6. 负责办理酒店改建扩建和更新装修工程中有关消防设施的申报审批工作。

7. 发生火警和火灾时，立即赶赴现场，按应急预案和现场指挥要求，组织灭火工作。

8. 根据需要与可能，积极改进和完善酒店的保安技防设施及器材装备，督导属下员工做好财产设备的管理工作，定期清点核对，及时保养和报修。
