【岗位职责】
1、负责厨房食材的初步加工处理，包括清洗、切配、腌制等工作
2、协助厨师进行菜品装盘、摆盘及装饰工作
3、保持工作区域整洁卫生，确保符合食品安全标准
4、及时补充厨房所需食材和调料，做好备料工作
5、协助厨师完成其他厨房相关工作
