1、Report the regular work to Chinese Restaurant Manager.
向中餐经理汇报工作。
2、In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known. 
当经理不在场时，负责人才的监督和管理指导，确保部门的正常运行。
3、Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
全力解决客人的投诉，并负责将所有投诉进行记录和跟进解决。
4、Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
负责监督现金操作和交接程序。
5、Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
填写部门营业收入报表。
6、Manage, train and develop the Restaurant team.
管理、培训和发展餐厅团队成员。
7、Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures.
充分熟悉各个部门的消防及紧急预案程序。
