1、In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.

2、Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.

Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.

3、Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
填写部门营业收入报表。
4、Establish and instruct talent in cash security procedures.

5、Deal with irregular payments.
处理非日常的付款。
6、Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
监管和维护服务设备。
7、Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
监督客人设施和服务标准。
8、Control stock and monitor security procedures.
控制库存和进行安全监督。
9、Assist with menu and wine list creation.
协助开发新菜单和酒水单。
10、Supervise functions.

11、Supervise outlet service.
