职位描述
As a Service Manager - IT, we rely on you to
- Lead the IT team to support business operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Provide leadership and guidance in relation to the development and implementation of system architecture, data architecture, business processes, security, scalability and performance
- Oversee the development, maintenance, operation and support of the hotel’s hardware and software application systems
- Implement policies and procedures for architecture, security, IT standards, systems and network management
- Continuously look for opportunities to support business initiatives with new technology whenever appropriate
- Make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Information Technology
- Preferably has relevant experience with an International 5* Hotel Group
- Preferably has a degree in Information Technology or other related discipline
- Follows market trends closely and considers ways to adopt pioneering technology into the business
- Able to lead and motivate the team
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new technology trends
