As a Customer Sales Manager, we rely on you to：
To assist the Directors  Of Customer Sales in the supervision of all activities pertaining to the Reservations Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profit.
To constantly review task processes and staff productivity in ensuring that work standards are consistently met.
To provide CRO and RSOs/RRO with updated room availability to maximize
sales opportunities and minimize regrets build-up.
To coordinate reservations requirements with the respective departments.

We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
Is a strong team player
Understands the global markets and local environment
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
