As an Events Sales Manager - Wedding, we rely on you to
Assist Director of Events Management to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
Generate new business opportunities through various channels
Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
Takes responsibility for the team's sales performance
Lead and motivate the sales team
Maintain sales and service standards of the team

We are looking for someone who:
At least 2 years same position work experience in international 5-star hotel
Has a can-do attitude
Very familiar with Shanghai wedding events sales marketing status
Able to work under pressure
Performance and results driven
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
