Pre-opening project in Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai and Traders Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai.

We are currently looking for a Director of Communications to join us.

As a Director of Communications, we rely on you to:
Develop annual communications plan with specific goals and budgets as outlined in the hotel’s marketing plan and make sure communications team is fully briefed.
Maintain the comprehensive media contacts and develop close relationship.
Prepare press releases for appropriate targeted media, locally, regionally and internationally.
Work with DOSM and advertising agency on hotel product promotion to drive revenue.
Promote and maintain good public relations to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. 
Maintains active communication with and builds teamwork amongst communications team and the other departments to achieve overall objectives of the hotel.

We are looking for someone who:
At least 2 years similar position capacity in 5-star international hotel. 
Excellent in English and Chinese communication.
Good communication skills and ability to interact well with the media.
Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve business goal.
Creative and think outside the box.
Outgoing personality with cheerful disposition.
