As a Service Leader - Service Center , we rely on you to:
作为宾客服务主管-服务中心，需要独立承担以下岗位职责：
Handles all incoming/ outgoing telephone calls and guests requests courteously and efficiently. 
     以亲切、友好及高效的工作态度接听客人打进和打出的电话。
Knows how to handle the telephone, radio/ music and video equipment. 
     知道如何使用电话、广播、音乐和视频设备。
Knows all the Emergency Procedures of the hotel and how to handle them.
     知道酒店应急程序及如何处理。
Accurately records all requests for wake-up calls and ensures they arehandled correctly.
     准确地记录客人的叫醒服务。
Knows the hotel and all its facilities, the department and section heads,the responsibilities of each department, the office extension numbers and its respective operation hours.
     知道酒店所有设备设施，部门及分部门领导，各个部门的职责，部门的分机号及其运营时间。
