前厅接待实习生（该岗位要求至少实习6个月）
岗位职责:
1、快速准确地为客人办理登记入住和退房手续
2、当班期间检查每日预抵报表，了解所有预订客人信息，做好相应工作准备，特别是重要客人和回头客
3、要尽可能地为客人提供优质的服务和最准确的信息，并用合适的途径传递给客人
4、维护和保持酒店的良好声誉并且帮助酒店增加整体的收益
