【岗位职责】
1、收集客人意见调查问卷保持服务质量提高。
2、向客人提供准确订房信息。
3、落实”预订未到客人”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
4、预测现有的和未来的预订情况,客房出租情况并制作预测报表。
5、熟悉处理房间预订的程序。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，有预订同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2、普通话清晰，具有良好的语言组织和文字表达能力。
3、良好、积极的工作态度和较好的抗压能力
