岗位职责
1.负责中餐厅，落实各个时期的工作任务。
2.制定中餐厅服务工作规范及工作制度并确保实施。
3.协助制定各项餐饮推销计划与策略。
4.监督员工按照规范标准对客服务，对员工进行绩效评估，实施奖惩制度。
5.处理宾客的投诉，不断改善服务质量。
6.抓好设备设施的维修保养，严格物资管理制度，做好餐厅安全工作。岗位要求
1.精通中餐服务流程及运营标准，熟悉食品安全管理体系；
2.具备5年以上相关的工作经验，3年主管级经验，有同岗位工作经历优先考虑；
3.良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力；
