1、负责酒店设施设备的日常维护与管理，包括电力系统、空调系统、给排水系统等基础设施的巡检与故障排除等，确保酒店运营顺畅。
2、监督施工质量，确保维修和改造项目按时按质完成。
3、协调与外部供应商及承包商合作，管理设备采购、安装及维保服务，控制工程预算，优化成本支出。
4、处理突发设备故障及紧急维修事件，快速响应并解决问题，保障酒店安全运营及客户满意度。
5.需要持有强电电工证。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：27-45岁
