一、业务实操能力
1. 熟练前台全流程：入住、退房、预订、收银、系统操作、证件登记、房态核对；
2. 熟悉酒店价格、房型、政策，能处理押金、发票、账单核对等账务工作；
3. 掌握酒店各部门对接流程，清楚基础应急处理流程；
二、管理统筹能力
1. 班组管理：合理排班、分配工作、督导员工日常工作
2. 培训带教：可以教新人、纠正员工不规范服务
3. 台账报表：做好交接班、营业数据统计，按时上报
三、沟通应变能力
1.服务意识强，有责任心，抗压能力好，服从领导工作安排；
2.遇到突发情况（客人纠纷、设备故障、异常人员等）沉着处理并及时上报。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：24-30岁
