1. 协助前台经理并参与前台员工的日常工作,包括但不局限于:
Assist to co-ordinate and participate in the activities of the FD staff, including but not limited to,
l 为客人分房
Room arrangement
l 控制和处理客人房间的钥匙
Controlling and handling guestroom keys
l 提供信息
Giving out information
l 及时更新房间情况以便销售房间
Keeping and up-to-date minute inventory of rooms for room sale
l 保留相关记录以备统计报告
Maintaining relevant records for statistical report
l 保留准确的客人历史/登记卡的档案
Maintaining accurate file of guest history/registration cards
l 提供准确的客房入住率
Accuracy of room rack and the alphabetical rack
2. 确保所有前台员工的日常工作根据拟定的程序和标准进行。
Supervise the activities of all Front Desk staff according to established procedures and standards.
3. 与客房部密切合作实时更新系统房态。
Co-coordinate closely with Housekeeping in keeping-up with room status systems.
4. 确保所在工作区域的高度整洁。
Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.
5. 负责团队抵店前的准备工作,确认团队信息以确保正确收款。
Be responsible for preparation activities for arrival groups, information collection to ensure correct charges.
6. 准备员工排班表以确保有足够员工满足运作需要。
Scheduling FD duty roster according to business demands.
7. 协助解决财务问题,包括有争议的账目问题及丢失的信息备份等。
Assist in resolving accounting matters, disputes, missing back-ups etc.
8. 检查每天预定信息,记录并跟进客人合理要求。
Check daily arrivals and follow up reasonable requirements.
9. 负责正确处理现金、信用卡、付款凭证以及发票。
Be responsible for handling cash, credit cards, vouchers and invoices correctly.
10. 核查前台所有单据及客人资料,确保登记与输入的准确。
Check FD forms and guest information to ensure correct registration and importation.
11. 熟练掌握前台相关系统,并做好员工培训。
Skillfully master operation of related systems.
12. 确保客人的需求,询问,投诉适当处理和调解了。
Ensures that guest needs, inquiries, complaints are properly handled and accommodated.
13. 熟练掌握饭店所有合作促销计划,同时确保接待员熟悉掌握。
Be familiar with all promotion plans and ensure that all staffs are familiar with them.
14. 与VIP、会员、常客以及长住客人建立良好关系并提供个性化和超值服务。
Establish good relationships with VIPs, Wyndham Rewards members, repeat guests and long-stay guests and provide personalized and value-added services.
15. 检查每天预定信息,记录并跟进客人合理要求。
Check daily arrivals and follow up reasonable requirements.
16. 负责正确处理保险箱业务。
Responsible for correct handling of safe deposit boxes.
17. 保守酒店机密。
Guard hotel secrets.
18. 在上级指导下执行其他任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
