消防中控室须24小时有值机员当班

· Familiar with fire alarm locations and fire fighting skills, understands the emergency evacuation plan.

熟悉火警、灭火，正确掌握紧急情况下的疏散计划

· Ensures there are two guards in public area at assigned time

保证有2名人员在指定时间在公共区域当班。

· Maintain a regular check according to the route planned.

按照巡逻路线检查饭店区域

——Checks if the fire extinguishers are putted at the right place and in good condition.

检查灭火器是否放在正确位置及处于完好状态

——Checks if the emergency lights are working well.

检查应急灯是否工作正常

——Checks if the staff canteen has potential fire problems.

每小时检查员工食堂是否有火灾隐患

——Beware of the gas leakage.

谨防煤气泄漏等不安全事件发生

——No smoking in the lift

电梯内禁止吸烟

——Ensures the emergency lights and evacuation signage are working all right.

应急灯和疏散指示牌确保每层正确安装

· Coordinates with Engineering Department to check the fire fighting system.

· It is not allowed to make phone call, read, chat, eat, sleep, turn off the light, lock up the door, smoke, and do other things which are not related to the work during the duty hours.
