1、按照服务流程和规范接听预定电话，将预定做进系统
2、负责所有接待工作人员的日常监督，并按照规定的程序标准进行相关活动
3、通过提供准确及时的信息和服务，以专业和礼貌的方式回应客人
4、如遇突发事件，及时向前台主管报告
5、按照餐厅要求，迎接客人，并带客入座
