岗位职责:
1、按时做好营业前的各项准备工作,并按要求设酒水服务台
2、了解和掌握酒水知识,根据鸡尾酒菜单调制经典的鸡尾酒,所有制作饮品遵循餐厅标准鸡尾酒配方
3、掌握咖啡,茶等饮料操作和知识
4、遵循吧台的出品标准和工作流程
5、营运过程中确保饮品服务顺畅
6、熟知并且遵循餐厅卫生安全条例
7、负责吧台机械设备的清理和保养
8、负责店内日常酒水盘点工作,核对酒水数量,准确下单
职位要求:
1、至少两年同岗位工作经验
2、热情,有礼貌,愿意帮助同事和客人
3、对鸡尾酒,烈酒,葡萄酒有充分了解
4、仪容整洁,热情,自信,善于交集,有很强的个性和做事态度
