岗位职责：
1. 协助市场销售总监制订销售市场计划及预算，负责实现酒店的销售目标；
2. 以客户关系管理为基础，对本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推广酒店；
3. 发展新客户及维护现有客户达到及超越销售目标；
4. 指导并管理销售团队，带领销售团队达到酒店销售指标；
5. 利用相关销售资源和渠道，将酒店各项产品的信息传递给现有和潜在客户。
岗位要求：
1. 优秀的领导力、洞察力、交际沟通能力，同时英文听说读写流利；
2. 出色的表达能力，擅长一对一沟通及公开演讲（面向媒体、客户、合作伙伴及员工等）；
3. 拥有自己的客户资源，并具备不断开发、维系客源市场的能力和冲劲；
4. 负责组织营销推广、销售执行、客户服务等方面专业人员的培训。
