2. 向客人提供准确订房信息。
3. 落实”预订未到客人”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
4. 预测现有的和未来的预订情况,客房出租情况并制作预测报表。
5. 熟悉处理房间预订的程序。
岗位要求：1、具有同岗位工作经验，有国际品牌工作经验者优先。
