职位描述：
1、协助餐厅厨师长负责厨房的工作，确保其在酒店构架下顺利的工作、有效的盈利活动。
2、保持酒店的餐饮理念；使餐饮的前期准备和出品都能达到标准。3、通过正确得当的前期准备、备货、申购、食品安排及控制系统，控制餐饮成本。
4、保持并负责完成各项监控报告，例如：温度检查、卫生清洁、工作计划等。
5、保证食品安全，包括保鲜日期、正确的存储方法、再加工等。
6、以安全、专业的方式协助同事完成工作任务。
7、按照酒店的规定保证食品的安全和卫生。
8、执行万豪集团卫生标准，对厨房进行每日基础性检查。
