【岗位职责】
1、开餐前做好全面的卫生工作，认真做好自己所负责区域的卫生工作，保证提供优雅干净的卫生环境；
2、服从领班安排，按照工作程序与标准做好各项开餐准备工作；
3、准时参加班前会，熟知领班宣布的每日客人预订情况，重要团体、宴会等各种信息，以及酒店部门的有关精神；
4、上班时要集中精力，保持规范的站立姿抛，不准交头接耳，凑在一起聊；
5、爱护设备物品，做好保养维护工作，尤其是每月的计划卫生保养工作天；
6、保证开餐结束后的整洁卫生，达到下一次的开餐要求，总之做好收尾工作；
7、待领班检查完毕后并征得领班同意可下班；
8、积极参加酒店及部门举办的各种培训，不断提高自身服务技能和技巧以及综合素质；
9、自学遵守酒店及部门规定的各项制度；
10、完成领班交办的其他工作。
【岗位要求】
基本素质：对工作有责任心。
自然条件：身体健康。
文化程度：初中以上文化程序。
工作经验：1年以上酒店工作经验。
特殊要求：工作细心、耐心。
