1.管理和检查每天楼层经理、楼层主管准备的人员安排和工作安排，确保每个区域有足够人手
2.检查工作和休假计划，确保酒店在高入住率时不要缺少人手
3.和别的部门之间保持良好的沟通和协调，保证被分配的区域干净和达到酒店的标准
4.实施日常的酒店检查、清洁、安全、和维护，并且记录不足之处，填写维修单，做好跟进工作并立刻行动。
5.抽查当天到店贵宾的夜床。
6. 确保所有的客房在任何时间的清洁都有条理的进行。
7.和前台协调好可售出的房间及封闭大修房及大清洁的房间。
8.关注公共区域和客人房间在全年都保持在良好的状态，确保员工贯彻大清洁的程序，并且检查月纪录。
9.协助检查当天到的贵宾房间，并且确保房间是干净整洁并是主管检查过的。
10.在有重要会议或大型活动时要多关注公共区域。
