1.全面负责大堂吧日常运营管理，统筹排班、营业管控、服务督导，保障区域正常有序经营。
2.制定大堂吧服务标准、操作流程，规范酒水、茶点出品标准，保证服务品质统一规范。
3.负责员工日常管理，开展岗前培训、在岗督导及服务考核，提升员工专业技能与服务意识。
4.管控大堂吧物料、酒水、耗材库存，做好出入库登记，定期盘点，严控损耗、节约成本。
5.督导前厅服务礼仪、仪容仪表、待客规范，巡查大堂吧环境卫生、摆台标准及设备整洁。
6.主动接待宾客、处理客诉，及时化解服务问题，维护酒店口碑，提升客人满意度。
7.负责大堂吧营业数据统计分析，跟进营收指标，优化售卖结构，完成月度经营任务。
8.管理大堂吧各类设施设备，定期检查保养，发现故障及时上报报修，确保设备正常使用。
9.严格落实食品安全、酒水储存及消防安全规定，排查现场安全隐患，杜绝安全事故。
10.配合酒店整体营销活动、接待任务，统筹大堂吧专项接待布置与服务保障工作。
