2.与行政楼层负责人紧密协作，负责部门运营和工作安排。

6.接待并引领酒店VIP和其他客人入住登记。
7.协助培训行政楼层的员工。
8.确保日常工作顺利的进行，保持客区及员工区域的整洁。
9.处理顾客投诉，必要时满足客人的需要。
10.熟练掌握万豪的服务标准和酒店的服务标准。
11.引导所有的员工保持其良好的工作状态。
