【岗位职责】
1、检查和分析每天工程日志，分析数据及仪表的精确性相关的运行数据，以确保设备正常运行；
2、与上级和维护保养小组人员一起讨论和协调运行上的难题并采取矫正措施，准备预防性保养计划和确保保养记录已抄录和更新
3、每日检查机器的运行情况，对于所有的缺点例如仪表丢失或失灵、皮带松了、轴承发出噪音、过量的震动、机房肮脏或黑暗等其它问题，发出工作单，并安排进行整改
4、确保喷淋头，消防探测器，消防系统和紧急出口灯全部正常及可靠地工作，保持所有机器和控制室干净；
5、检视和保存完整的操作手册、图纸及工程资料文档；填写工程记录单及日志，培训下级员工达到工作效率和技能水平要求；
6、协助准备每年工程部的预算，定期检查预算的实现情况，如发生重大偏差，需找出满意的解释；
7、当上级不在时，要担负起他的责任和工作，在出现紧急或灾难情况时，回应上级和同事的召唤。到场排除故障，并留守酒店，协助进行事故分析和操作；
8、协助并监督工程承包商的工作，确保生命和财产的安全；完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
【岗位要求】
1、电子或机电工程本科毕业或同等学历；
2、在星级酒店具有相同或相似职位，至少三年以上；
3、写作能力，做报告的能力，执行管理职能、质量把关；
4、友善，平衡能力强并且有很强的人格特征, 普通话流利；
5、能够高效使用 Microsoft Office 软件: Word, Excel, PowerPoint。
