Based on the hotel's overall strategicgoals, develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies and plans toensure the achievement of sales targets.

Establish and maintain good relationshipswith customers, including potential and existing ones. Understand customerneeds, provide personalized service solutions, and handle customer complaintsand suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Actively explore new customers and markets,engage in business negotiations with potential customers and partners, signcontracts, and reach cooperation intentions. Participate in sales negotiationsto strive for the most favorable sales conditions and contract terms.

Form and manage a sales team, clarify teamgoals and responsibilities, conduct sales training and guidance, motivate team membersto work actively, and improve sales performance.
组建和管理销售团队,明确团队目标和职责,进行销售培训和指导,激励团队成员积极工作,提高销售业绩。
Monitor market dynamics and industry trends,collect and analyze competitors' sales data and strategies to provide decisionsupport for the formulation and adjustment of hotel sales strategies.
关注市场动态和行业趋势,收集和分析竞争对手的销售数据和策略,为酒店销售策略的制定和调整提供决策支持。
Maintain close communication andcollaboration with other hotel departments (such as front desk, guest rooms,catering, conferences, etc.) to ensure that customers' overall experience inthe hotel is optimal.
定期跟踪销售业绩的完成情况,评估销售策略的有效性,并根据市场变化及时调整销售策略。
与酒店其他部门(如前台、客房、餐饮、会议等)保持密切沟通和协作,确保客户在酒店的整体体验达到最佳状态。
Regularly revisit customers, understandtheir feedback and needs, promptly resolve any issues encountered during thecheck-in process, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Participate in various hotel-organizedevents and promotional activities, such as exhibitions and promotional events,to expand the hotel's popularity and influence.
参与酒店组织的各类活动和推广活动,如展会、促销活动等,扩大酒店的知名度和影响力。
Job Requirement要求:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing,Tourism Management, or related fields, with at least 3 years of hotel salesexperience.
市场营销、旅游管理或相关专业本科及以上学历,3年以上酒店销售工作经验。
Familiar with the operation of the hotelsales market and customer needs, able to develop and execute effective salesstrategies.
熟悉酒店销售市场的运作和客户需求,能够制定并执行有效的销售策略。
Excellent communication skills andinterpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain good relationships withcustomers.
优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力,能够与客户建立并维护良好的关系。
Have strong market analysis capabilities andbusiness negotiation skills, able to independently complete sales tasks.
具备较强的市场分析能力和商业谈判技巧,能够独立完成销售任务。
Proficient in using computer office softwareand customer relationship management software.
熟练使用电脑办公软件和客户关系管理软件。
