Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Front Office department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and requirements.

全面负责前厅部的日常运营和管理,确保部门运作符合酒店的标准和要求。

Develop business indicators, plans, and budgets for the Front Office department based on the hotel's annual plans, and ensure the completion of various planned tasks.

根据酒店的年度计划,制定前厅部的业务指标、规划和预算,并确保各项计划任务的完成。

Supervise the work of subordinates, including the Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Department Heads, and others. Be responsible for the selection, training, evaluation, transfer, and promotion of Front Office staff.

督导下属员工的工作,包括大堂副理、前厅各分部门主管等,并负责前厅部员工的选拔、培训、评估、调动及提升等事宜。

Keep track of the number and types of guests arriving and departing daily, welcoming and arranging accommodations for VIP guests. Personally oversee large-scale events and personally receive important groups and guests.

掌握每天客人抵离数量及类别,负责迎送重要客人并安排其住宿。亲自指挥大型活动,亲自接待重要团队与客人。

Review the Assistant Front Office Manager's complaint records and work suggestions, and personally handle complaints and difficult issues from important guests.

批阅大堂副理的投诉记录和工作建议,亲自处理重要客人投诉和疑难问题。

Coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the Front Office department.

协调、联络其他部门,确保前厅部各项工作的顺利进行。

Oversee the front desk and service positions to ensure the lobby is clean, orderly, and well-maintained.

监督前台及各服务岗位,确保大堂卫生与秩序处于良好状态。

Be responsible for the financial budget of the Front Office department and play an important role in planning, supervision, and other aspects of the department's work.

负责前厅部的财务预算,对部门的计划、监督等方面起重要作用。

Ensure the safety and fire protection of the Front Office department, ensuring the safety of the hotel and guests.

负责本部门的安全、消防工作,确保酒店和客人的安全。

Daily review of relevant reports to keep track of room bookings and sales, and participate directly in reservation management and customer source forecasting to achieve optimal room sales status.

每天审阅相关报表,掌握客房的预定、销售情况,并直接参与预订管理及客源预测等项工作,使客房销售达到最佳状态。

Job Requirement要求:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or related fields, with at least 5 years of front office management experience.

酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业本科及以上学历,具备5年以上前厅部管理经验。

Familiar with the operation and management processes of the hotel's front office, with a deep understanding of the hotel service industry.

熟悉酒店前厅部的运作和管理流程,对酒店服务行业有深入了解。

Possess strong leadership skills, able to guide and motivate subordinates, and improve the overall performance of the team.

具备较强的领导能力,能够指导和激励下属,提高团队整体效能。

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to handle various customer relationships and complaints.

优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力,能够处理各种客户关系和投诉。

Have strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as emergency response capabilities, to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.

具备较强的组织协调能力和应急处理能力,确保前厅部工作的顺利进行。

Proficient in English, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to handle international guest reception and service work.

熟练掌握英语,具备良好的英语听说读写能力,能够进行国际客人的接待和服务工作。
